I've always liked the idea of the white knight being female, her name is Layla (after one of the strongest girls I know!) and partially based on the song Layla. I tried to draw her eyes as expressive as I could, I tried to make them seem slightly haunted, even if she is supposed to be 'good' where is the line drawn in sand defining who's actions can be justified? after all what's normal for the spider is chaos for the fly.
she was fun to draw but the background was awful. at the end I was just like oh my goodness!! can I be done with this stupid slutty barmaid now!?!?!
this was for the make me a OC contest
even If the person doesn't use my design it was fun to draw!!!!

I really like the quote "what's normal for the spider is chaos for the fly", and I really like strong female leads as well, I wish there were more of them although Tangled and Brave at least have the right idea 
My only problem is that for a knight, even a female one, her outfit isn't exactly "period" if you know what I mean. A woman in the middle ages wouldn't be caught dead in an outfit that showed her ankles, let alone her midriff, not to mention if she wanted to be a knight she'd more than likely have to hide her gender as well.
